Helping you embrace all parts of yourself so you can experience more joy
Part of you recognizes that seeking support could be beneficial right now, and that’s an important step. Let’s take a moment to honour your readiness to focus on your mental health and well-being. This openness creates the opportunity for us to explore the specific obstacles holding you back from living a more fulfilling life. Together, we can make meaningful shifts in your relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you—changes that will empower you to reach your goals.
It’s about quieting the external noise so you can hear and trust your own inner wisdom. It’s about digging deep to heal and release what no longer serves you. Most importantly, it’s about building a personalized toolkit of coping strategies and skills that will help guide you through life’s challenges, now and in the future.
When I began my career as a nutritionist, I quickly realized that while I could offer guidance on diet and supplements, I wasn’t able to address the deeper mental health challenges many of my clients faced—challenges often at the root of their physical health issues. Recognizing the powerful connection between mind and body, I chose to become a psychotherapist to provide a more integrative approach to wellness, helping clients create lasting, meaningful change in both their mental and physical well-being.
It all begins with taking that first step. Together, we’ll navigate both internal and external obstacles, helping you build strong coping strategies and skills that you can count on for lasting resilience.
My practice offers support for a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to, anxiety, relationships, trauma, life transitions, depression, stress management, work-life balance, grief and loss, mindfulness, and a sense of purpose. I am deeply committed to continuous learning, upholding anti-oppressive values, and maintaining a trauma-informed approach in my work as a clinician.
My approach is multidisciplinary, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques rather than relying on just one. I prefer to combine the most effective elements from each approach to create a tailored, comprehensive plan that best meets your needs. Some of the evidence-based approaches I draw from are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Relational Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
