An internal awakening can free you from the feeling of being a passive observer in your own life. By reclaiming control, building self-awareness, and reconnecting with the most important relationship you’ll ever have—the one with yourself—you can create lasting change.
In our work together, I will offer a warm, transformative space built on trust, connection, and even moments of laughter. This is a place where you can explore new possibilities and move beyond the obstacles holding you back from your full potential.
You already have everything you need within you to create the life you desire.

As a psychotherapist with a background in nutrition, I take a integrative approach to mental and emotional well-being. I understand that the mind and body are deeply interconnected, and my unique combination of expertise allows me to support you in a more comprehensive way.
While I specialize in psychotherapy, my certification in nutrition gives me a broader understanding of how lifestyle, diet, and physical health impact mental health. This integrative approach allows us to explore not only your emotional and psychological challenges, but also how your physical health, nutrition, and self-care practices may be contributing to your overall well-being.
Together, we can address both the mind and body to help you achieve lasting healing and personal growth. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, or simply feeling out of balance, I’m here to guide you toward a more harmonious and fulfilling life.

I take a collaborative approach, combining different therapeutic methods to meet your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore your challenges, build practical skills, and I’ll provide feedback to help guide you toward your goals for growth and healing.
My Approach
My approach is rooted in creating a safe, trusting, and secure relationship where you can feel truly seen and heard. I believe that validation, connection, and even moments of laughter are essential to fostering a warm, transformative therapeutic environment. I take a multidisciplinary approach, meaning I draw from a variety of proven therapeutic methods to best support your unique needs. Some of the evidenced-based approaches I use include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Relational Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
My goal is to guide and support you on your journey toward better health and well-being, helping you take one meaningful step at a time.
What to Expect

Life can feel complicated, and it’s not always easy to find your way through the storm. You don’t have to face it alone—I’m here to help guide you toward understanding and healing.

My approach is flexible and collaborative—we’ll work together to design a treatment plan that’s tailored to you and your needs.
Together, we’ll set meaningful, personalized goals that provide a clear roadmap for overcoming challenges and moving toward the life you want to create.
